45-day Money-Back Guarantee
Any customer may request a refund within 45 day(s) of the initial date of the creation of the hosting package. However, the customer must have documented proof in a support ticket that showed a problem on our end, verified that it was indeed a problem on our end, that we were unable to resolve within a five (5) business day period. Only during this circumstance may a refund be granted.

PayPal Subscriptions
Canceling your PayPal Subscription does not under any circumstance cancel service with our company. We offer a subscription-based service, and only require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an account -- which can be done very easily directly in our billing system, and is handled automatically. We reserve the right to send accounts 30 days past due to a third party collection agency, and we reserve the right to do it against our privacy policy.

Account Cancellation
All cancellations must be made via our billing system -- by submitting a "Cancellation Request." All cancellation requests are handled automatically, and must be made at last 24 hours prior to your service renewal, which renews automatically until you request to cancel.

Subscription-based Service
Ventrilo1.com offers a subscription-based service. We do not offer a "pre-paid time" service, or a one-time service. All accounts are AUTOMATICALLY renewed unless you submit a cancellation request. We reserve the right to send accounts 30 days past due to a third party collection agency, and we reserve the right to do it against our privacy policy.

Support Boundaries
Ventrilo1 makes a guarantee that all support tickets will be answered within a 72 hour time frame. You will find that it is often much quicker, but no type of service credit will be issued for tickets that are answered within 72 hours. Please note that Ventrilo1 will not provide support related for the Ventrilo client -- only server related issues.
